We usually ship orders within two business days of receiving them. We will ship your order to you in the manner that you specify. Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout and are based on the weight of the product ordered, shipping destination, and shipping method. We no longer ship to international addresses except for APO/FPO addresses. Some items such as the Wilderness Aviator Survival Kit and the Inflatable Nomex survival Vest must ship via UPS ground. These items can not be shipped via air or to APO/FPO addresses.

Returns: At Prepared Pilot, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will make every effort to ensure you are pleased with your survival kit and accessories.
All products returned within 3 weeks of purchase, in original condition will be honored for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
To guarantee the safety of our customers Personal Locator Beacons can not be returned if the manufacturers box has been opened. As long as only the outer shipping box has been opened we will gladly take PLBs back for a full refund
If you use one of our kits in an actual survival situation all you have to do is tell us the story and we will replenish or replace your kit as necessary to bring it back to full operation.
