No survival equipment, including ours, can guarantee survival. You must take responsibility for yourself both in terms of prevention of accidents and in appropriate action should an accident ever occur. Prepared Pilot, LLC cannot guarantee survival. In addition, it is the customers responsibility to use items in the manner for which they were intended. Prepared Pilot, LLC is not liable for accidents caused by use or misuse of our products.
